T. JacksonProfessional Organizer

Fort Wayne, Indiana

Your whole house, finally working for you.

Hands-on organizing for the rooms you've been avoiding. Kitchens, closets, garages, paperwork — I sort it with you, set up systems you'll actually keep, and haul the donations out the same day.

Every job starts with a phone call, so you know the cost before I show up.

A little about me

Yes, I am a new business here in Fort Wayne, but I am not new to decluttering and organizing.

For over 20 years, I struggled just to keep my head above the clutter and chaos. I was a single mom raising three kids, all while living with undiagnosed ADHD. As it turned out, all three of my children would eventually be diagnosed with ADHD, too. So when I say our house was chaotic, I mean it.

I tried just about every organizing method you can imagine. You could say I became an expert in what didn't work before I finally started figuring out what did.

But one of the biggest lessons I learned was that what worked for me didn't necessarily work for each of my children. We all thought differently, functioned differently, and needed different solutions.

That's when I realized something important: getting organized isn't about finding the perfect system. It's about finding a system that works for the person using it. That is what I bring to every client and space.

What I organize

Whole-home help, one room at a time

Most clients start with the room that's costing them the most time each morning. We can work through the rest from there.

An organized pantry with grouped canisters, stacked bowls and woven baskets

Kitchens and pantries

Zones that match how you actually cook, so dinner stops being a scavenger hunt.

An organized closet with evenly spaced hangers, folded knits and shoes in a row

Closets and bedrooms

Clothes you wear, in reach. Everything else decided on and gone.

An organized garage with labeled bins on shelving, tools on a wall rail and clear floor space

Garages and basements

Get the car back in. Bins grouped by season, floor clear enough to walk.

A tidy desk with sorted file folders standing in a wooden tray

Paper and home office

Mail piles, tax years, warranties, the drawer of mystery documents. Sorted, filed, findable.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

Phone consult

Fifteen minutes. You describe the space, send a couple of photos, and I tell you the realistic hours and cost.

A plan you approve

Where we start, what gets decided, what leaves the house. Any supplies get priced before you buy anything.

We work the session

Three hours at a time, side by side. I do the lifting and sorting; you make the keep-or-go calls.

Hand-off

Donations loaded and dropped off, systems explained, and one page of notes so the room stays that way.

The method

The container is the limit

When the container is full, you stop. You don't keep more than you need or use.

Most organizing advice hands you a rule you'll resent by Thursday — one in, one out, ninety days, the whole lot. This is simpler. You pick the drawer, the bin, the shelf. That's the boundary. What fits, stays.

It also means we don't buy bins first. We sort, we see what's actually left, and then we decide what it needs to live in.

Start with a phone call, not a contract.

Tell me the room, the mess, and the deadline. I'll tell you honestly how long it will take and what it costs. No pressure, no walkthrough fee.
