About

Hi, I'm Tina.

I organize homes in Fort Wayne. One person, no crew, no franchise.

Before this I spent years in paralegal, administrative, and transcription work — which is a long way of saying I spent a decade making other people's paperwork make sense. Turns out that's most of what a disorganized house is: decisions nobody has made yet, stacked up in a corner.

So that's how I work. I don't hand you a system off the internet and hope you like it. We look at what's actually in the room, you make the calls, and we build something that fits the way you already live. If you have to change your personality to keep a system working, it's a bad system.

I'm not here to tell you to own less because it's virtuous. Own what you use. The container decides the rest.

How I work

  • No judgment, and no audience. I've seen worse. I don't post your house without written permission, and I don't discuss clients.
  • You decide what goes. I'll ask good questions and I'll push a little. I will never throw something out behind your back.
  • Visible progress in session one. We finish the first session with one space you can stand in and look at. Momentum matters more than method.
  • Straight answers on cost. You'll know the hours and the price on the phone call, before I'm standing in your driveway.

Where I work

In person: Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities, roughly a 30-minute drive. I come to you. If you're farther out, call anyway and we'll see if it works.

Virtual: anywhere. We meet on a video call, you point the camera at the space, and I coach you through it in real time. Same sorting method, same decision rules, and you do the lifting. Good for smaller spaces, paperwork, and anyone outside my driving range. Call or text to ask whether your project fits a virtual session.

Start with a phone call, not a contract.

Tell me the room, the mess, and the deadline. I'll tell you honestly how long it will take and what it costs. No pressure, no walkthrough fee.
